Terms of Service — Mo Elegance

1. Agreement

By accessing or using Mo Elegance (the "House"), its editorial platform, or Moe Core™ (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the Services.

2. The House

Mo Elegance is a private operating environment offering editorial insight, structured media placement, and execution infrastructure for serious operators. Participation is by invitation and at the sole discretion of the House.

3. Use of Services

You agree to use the Services lawfully and in a manner consistent with the standards of the House. You may not misuse, reverse engineer, scrape, or attempt to disrupt any part of the Services.

4. Intellectual Property

All editorial content, marks, and proprietary frameworks — including Moe Core™ — remain the exclusive property of Mo Elegance. No license is granted by implication or otherwise except as expressly stated.

5. Engagements

Specific engagements, retainers, or partnerships are governed by individual written agreements that supplement, and where in conflict supersede, these Terms.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mo Elegance shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of London.
